This substance is amazing for bone injuries, if you have any rods/pins in your limbs this substance can really help make things more rigid. It helps bone grow around imbedded hardware. I had major injuries and could feel my bones flex where the hardware was, this substance caused more bone growth around weak areas and strengthened everything else aswell and made it rigid enough to withstand the hard workouts i do now to the point where its like i never had the injury in the first place. It took year to get there but this substance is great and this particular brand is even better then what i used before. Also great for your hair and skin.
